The Legal Aspects of Returning to the Workplace (9th of June, 2021)
With the third wave of COVID 19 going down, more and more employers decide to terminate or restrict the option of home office. However, there are several legal aspects of returning to the workplace, which are worth discussing in the form of a webinar.
Our presenters will discuss the following questions among many others,
- Is the employer obligated to do a risk assessment before the return of the employees?
- Does the employer have the right to monitor the employees’ immunity? Under what circumstances is this data processing lawful?
- Can the employer differentiate between colleagues who are vaccinated and those who are not?
- May the contracting partner of the employer require that the contract be performed only through employees having immunity?
The language of the event will be Hungarian, translation will not be provided.
