The association focuses on collecting entrepreneurs and companies with interest in our Region in order to develop their international relations and facilitate the exchange of information.
Any Hungarian, Romanian or foreign citizen, being natural person or legal entity, regardless whether their registered seat is located in Hungary, Romania or in a third country may become a FULL MEMBER. The termination of a full membership shall take place according to Section V of the present statutes. No additional exclusion reasons are applicable to the members.
Full membership can be created at the foundation by a statement declaring to join the Association, and thereafter by a statement addressed to the Presidency declaring that the future full member acknowledges the Deed of Foundation as mandatory, and undertakes to pay a membership fee.

Our Services
To foster cooperation and collaboration, RoCham provides the following services to it’s members:
- Dissemination of modern knowledge in matters of management and technical assistance,
- Harmonization of research and development activities,
- Organization of technical presentations, consultations, and meetings between businessmen,
- Representation of the economic, commercial and financial interests before the public authorities and professional, political and social organizations,
- Supporting the settlement of legal disputes and conflicts,
- Supporting the implementation of the principle of neutrality in matters of competition,
- Implementation of necessary public relations, maintaining on-going relationships with the mass media,
- Development and implementation of ethical standards,
- Organisation of professional meetings,
- Translation, revision of translation, interpreting,
- Organisation of exhibitions and presentations,
- Services provision at the occasion of professional events,
- Expertise, consultancy,
- Organizing trips,
- Rent and sales of professional videos,
- Sale of professional publications,
- Maintaining relations with other Hungarian, Romanian and international professional associations.
Full members of the Association are entitled to
- Participate and vote at the General Assembly provided that they have duly paid their membership fee;
- Fulfill different functions within the organs of the Association, provided that they are elected;
- Take the initiative of convening the General Assembly and the Presidency;
- Submit proposals to the General Assembly and the Presidency;
- Participate in the discussion of proposals, as well as in the adoption of decisions and resolutions;
- Submit an initiative regarding the revocation of the Presidency;
- Benefit from the services of the Association;
- Request information on any matter falling within the competencies of the Association.
Members have to exercise their rights personally and, in accordance with the provisions of § Section 3:65 (3) of the Civil Code, under the following circumstances, through the assistance of a proxy.
Members may exercise their rights through the assistance of a proxy if the proxy ascertains its power of attorney fixed in an authentic public document or a private document with full probative force, submitted to the Presidency.
The power of attorney is valid for maximum one year. Domestic and foreign natural and legal persons may act as proxy.
The power of representation is granted especially for the following rights: Participate and vote at the General Assembly.
Full members have the following obligations:
- Comply with the Association’s Deed of Foundation and take into account resolutions and recommendations of the Association in their decisions;
- Refrain from endangering the purposes, the interests, and the activity of the Association;
- Provide the Association with the information needed for its activity, except for confidential information;
- Do not divulge the business secrets of the Association;
- In their activity, strengthen the spirit of cooperation, with particular regard to the Hungarian-Romanian relations, taking into account the interests of the other members of the Association;
- Meet ethical standards;
- Pay the membership fee
