RoCham is a non-political social organization with a legal personality, operating in accordance with Act CLXXV of 2011 the Freedom of Association, on Public-Benefit Status, and on the Activities of and Support for Civil Organizations (the “Civil Act”), and Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (the “Civil Code”) which assumes functions of economic nature, protection, representation and coordination of interests in the field of Hungarian-Romanian international economic relations. The Association’s activity also covers third countries.
